Gospel Centrality
We believe the gospel is the good news of God entering into time, space, and history as Jesus Christ who saves sinners through His sinless life, sacrificial death, and bodily resurrection. The gospel does not only save us from our sin, but it is the truth and power by which we are sanctified and conformed to the image of Christ.
Discipleship
We believe that part of following Jesus means to meet people where they are and take them where Jesus wants them to be. We invest our whole life to grow and know Jesus and make Him known.
Community
We believe that personal transformation is the fruit of biblical community. For us, family, community life, and personal relationships are not simply a cultural value in the Valley, but a conviction lived and embraced by God’s people.
Equipping
The church is vital in equipping the saints for the work of ministry. We value the flourishing of the saints through theological education, leadership development, and spiritual formation.
Mission
Jesus sends us into our city, community, and beyond our border to meet physical needs, seeking restoration in the culture of our city, praying for people to come to know Jesus in McAllen, and to plant churches locally and globally.
